In the second installment of the Hearned It Series, the event featured a reflective gentle yoga for grief session led by Series Curator, Radiance Basden.
The 75-minute gentle yoga session, weaved in rest, breathwork, visualization, and affirmations throughout. The event paid tribute to those we have lost and celebrated the resilience of the human heart. Through gentle asanas and mindful meditation, we uncovered the potential for transformation and healing within the depths of our grief, paving the way for new beginnings.
