On Sunday, March 12th, Radiance led a cool down yoga for runners session and Race Day Manifestation speech for Every Person Run Club as they prepare to run the Rock 'n' Roll DC Marathon & 1/2 Marathon, on Saturday March 18th.

Radiance and Namaste by Jay popped off the Spring with a Vibes & Flow at the Perch Rooftop Lounge in Cambria Hotel in Washington D.C. It was an event to remember, filled with good vibes, positive energy, and an unforgettable yoga and sound bath meditation experience led by harpist Kara Welch.

For Black History Month lululemon passed the microphone to fitness leaders in the community who spoke authentically about their interpretation of what taking space looks like in their communities.

FlexibiliTEA Tasting Workshop For Black Female Founders was held at lululemon Georgetown to celebrate Black History Month with gentle movement, meditation, and an herbal tea presentation featuring a blend of teas for Black Female Founders.
