This 75 minute session co-led by the dynamic duo Mona and Davon as Team Hearn Coaches, introduced us into Coach Hearn's world of “training insane or remaining the same”. From first timers to professional athletes, we all were there to push ourselves and encourage each other to reach new heights. Speaking of new heights, the training session was set in the iconic East Hall of Union Station. Dripping in elegance, we trained on the gorgeous marble floors.
