Soul Salutations is a multi-week outdoor yoga and mindfulness series that promotes community health, encourages healthy lifelong habits, and helps reduce the economic burden of mental health and chronic diseases.

Soul Salutations Afrobeats Sunset Yoga kicked off the entire series. It featured upbeat and vibrant tones from this year’s top Afrobeats artists specially curated by the amazing DJ Two1Five. Including tracks from billboard’s “Afrobeats Fresh Picks” from 2024 such as “Soweto by Victony,” “Love Me Jeje by Tems,” “Happiness by Sarz feat. Asake & Gunna” and many more.

As much as there was all the hype surrounding Soul Salutations: T-Pain, with a supposed LIVE performance by turntable mixer and open format DJ @TWO1FIVE of T-Pain’s best hits. This flow was supposed to kick off Soul Salutations to a WHOLE. ‘NOTHA. LEVEL.

With more than 30 people arriving on the venue before it had even started, it unfortunately rained. But don’t worry! You know where there’s Radiance, there’s always a good comeback. Mhm. Catch us at the rescheduled rain date of T-Pain on…

Soul salutations Erykah Badu. The earth was singing that day. Participants immersed in the cool, calming, and vibrant songs of Erykah Badu through some sunset yoga. The sun shined different, the wind hit different, and the music was definitely on another auditory level that day. With classics such as “Didn’t Cha Know,” “Sometimes,” and “Bag Lady,” participants left the event wanting more.

Yoga for Grief | August 20, 2024

After the finale of Soul Salutations, we had to pause, unwind, and add a calm to our fast paced series. In this special mid-session of Soul Salutations, we gathered for a peaceful yoga session to heal and work through grief.
