Establish a Gratitude Practice Even on Tough Days
Hi friend, I love you. In case you haven’t heard it today.
There’s been so much happening in the world around us. It’s easy to get consumed by the chaos, but just as much as we take in the heaviness, we can also be intentional about absorbing the goodness. There’s so much around us.
As February begins, I’m feeling immense gratitude. Even on the hard days, there’s a deep peace in knowing I’m walking in my purpose. Consistency and grace have been my major themes.
Recently, I had a conversation with friends about their gratitude practices, and I wanted to share this with you: Some days, the words flow effortlessly. Other days, even listing one thing to be grateful for feels like a challenge. But pressing through—especially in uncertain times—can be an anchor, a reminder that beauty exists even in the midst of it all.
